Correct. But that would involve work.

Its pretty much an argument against employer-based health care plans as well.

Obviously he only cared about getting paid, not how the billing process worked.
November 19, 2025 at 2:55 PM
He could release them and claim a Democratic conspiracy. There's no bottom for him and nothing he won't say or do.
November 19, 2025 at 2:54 PM
Of course, they will have two years after thay before actually getting power. But oversight and a bold legislative agenda to overturned the first two years of Trumpism are important, even if Trump vetoes and the Senate filibuster.
November 19, 2025 at 2:46 PM
Other than total cultists, everyone assumes the worst about what is in those files. The only reasonable inference is that whatever is on those files is bad. I think its worse than what is being assumed, and at least one person will leak the whole thing.

Well, they cant murder him a second time.

The dedication of ED's social media team to actively and knowingly aiding and abetting the cover-uo of pedophiles is both shocking and disgusting. And that is exactly what these distractions are about. The shame of those who put this garbage post together will never be expiated.
November 18, 2025 at 4:39 PM
Apt metaphor.
November 17, 2025 at 8:22 PM
Not to raise an awkward memory, but it's like a Saturday Night Massacre that lasts several months.
November 17, 2025 at 6:14 PM
Very strange Obama didn't use that argument for ACA.
November 16, 2025 at 5:57 PM
ED's political leadership are a bunch of pedophile adjacent sociopaths. I missed the civil servants who are, unlike the who spew this garbage, decent people who do good.
November 16, 2025 at 2:40 AM
create media content to help distract our attention from the woes of their pedophile adjacent President. The children and grand children of ED's civil servants will look with pride on the work they did. ED's current political appointees need to start working on their redemption arcs. 2/2.
November 14, 2025 at 8:13 PM
We don't need ED's political appointees, and the adolescent brats doing social media for ED. Got news for you punks, we kicked your ass in VA last week and we are just getting started. ED's civil servants do good work, unlike ED's current political appointees who sold their souls to 1/2
November 14, 2025 at 8:07 PM
The best evidence for your proposition is that Trump called for releasing the files. The inference to be drawn from his backing off is there is something really bad in the files, bad beyond even his ability to deflect. Epstein world was a swamp of criminality, so it could be a lot of things.

It's the rotating villisn scam. Warner is up in 2026, so Kaine, up in 2030, takes the hit. Really tells you everything you need to know about the politics of this vote.
November 10, 2025 at 6:28 PM
"First to fight for right and freedom, and to keep our honor clean"
November 10, 2025 at 6:22 PM
I'm not sure Kaine wants to run against. He'll be 72 in 2030, and may not want to be a Senator until he's 79, not that 79 is that old by Senate standards. Yes, VA has lots of Federal workers, but so does MD. This kind of sell-out is much more up Warner's alley, but he's up next year.
November 10, 2025 at 6:18 PM
He'll be 72 in 2030 -- which would involve seeking a Senate term that ends when he's 79. By now he's seen enough Senators using the Senate as their nursing home to know it's a bad idea. Also, I don’t think he's built to put up with a lot of negative feedback, which this vote will entail for him.
November 10, 2025 at 4:49 PM
Kaine doesn't run again until 2030, by which time he'll be 72. Its not a sure thing he'll run against, not everybody thinks it's a good idea to make the Senate their nursing home.

The deal on a "vote" for ACA subsidies is worthless. The House hasn't agreed to a vote. The CR was the only way to get it. The people who worked hard to elect you over the lady 24 years are disappointed.
November 10, 2025 at 1:06 AM
You know a promise of a vote is worthless. It won't happen, if it does it won't pass. If it passes tge Sebate, it won't even be brought up on the House. I know you only really care for your rich friends, but there are people who need those subsidies now. Looking forward to AOC replacing you.
November 9, 2025 at 8:59 PM
The concept of risk pooling is hard. Here is a better idea -- a single payer system where nobody has to deal with health insurance companies and care is free at the point of service.
November 8, 2025 at 2:50 PM
It is a very sad day when the leadership of such an elite university acts in such a stupid and cowardly way. There is no appeasing Trump-- fascists always want more. America's elites are cowards, but it's people aren't. Trump will be leave power eventually, Cornell's shame will last forever.
