Got to see the new Superman (2025) movie. It was good. I enjoyed it. I definitely felt like it met the "moment". At a time when collectively, many of us feel hopeless, Superman is his most potent. A reminder that cynicism is easy, while hope is hard, essential and gratifying work.

Definitely on brand. They came after Superman as well for this.
Superman protecting migrants from bullets. Capturing the bigot who attacked the migrants and dropping with the police and asking them to make sure the migrants are taken care of ans safe.
