As the Mum of a #SportyGirl, I’m so aware of a welcome shift of interest in #HerSport and I can see the benefits; self esteem, confidence, resilience, leadership & teamwork. Even better, #WomensSportsFoundation found strong links between sport and leadership positions later in life #PlayToLead
