Same. I was tempted to stick around for the accompanying convention, but between the CR ticket, the plane ticket, and the hotel room, I'm out.

This is one of my strange comfort episodes. I like the weirdness, and the (mostly) lack of shouting makes it so nice to disassociate to.

Same. I hit the October slump, and haven't been feeling much like celebrating. But this year is a decade birthday, so Hubs is making sure there will be a celebration.

I feel this. The day I was born was 1 a.m. on election Wednesday, as the polls were closing on the west coast and the vote was being decided. This year, my birthday is on a Thursday, but I feel like this is the most stressful election birthday so far.
