You’ve still got a way to go to collect a model of all 512 locos🤣 I must admit they’re not my favourite class of loco but I do have 9 of them, although I think that’s my collection of 47s complete now. Here’s recent arrival 47745 with a PCV set at my Jesworth station

Looking good. You have given me the inspiration and impetus to work on my own street scene. Just needs a backscene now

I found this picture of the poor bus (the blue one) having a well-earned siesta when it eventually arrived at the volcano crater. The driver had to turn the aircon off on the way up to get a few more horsepower to the wheels

Been making a pipe load for this Bachmann bogie bolster wagon from some aluminium tube and thin masking tape. Perhaps not totally prototypical but I’m happy with it #bsmrguk

Possibly unusual choices, but in the UK I’d say Wapping for its history and unique dank atmosphere, elsewhere Berlin HBf for its architecture and multi-level complexity

Surprising visitor to my layout which is very loosely based in the English Midlands, a pair of Italian ALn668 single car DMUs appear on the branch line, confusing the regular commuters. I’ve wanted one of these Lima sets for a while, and found this Trenord one brand new on A****n at a sensible price

Here’s my photo of 313004 on the North London Line back in 1996. IIRC it’s Highbury & Islington, long before the Overground took over

As the class 325s are starting to go for scrap, here’s my last ever picture of one in service at Wigan on 19/10/24, luckily there was another enthusiast on the platform who let me know it was approaching. Didn’t know it at the time, but it seems this was their penultimate day in service

As my first post, here’s my picture of 33201 at Market Bosworth on the Battlefield Line
