In my hood there's the new species of coywolf that's flourishing. Unlike the coyote, they are much more comfortable living close to humans.

I'm of two minds on this view. The redesign around the lake supports more humans walking around it. But the destruction of natural habitat and mature trees saddened me. And the purple plastic umbrellas and kitty litter sand just pisses me off :P

Of the 94 calls to action identified in 2015, only 13 have been addressed.
At this pace we won't complete till 2081, and that's assuming we don't go backwards.
We need to do better.

As much as I'm not a fan of the neuron scooters, it's a shame to see how they're vandalized.
My complaint is that a higher proportion of neuron users appear brand new to active transportation and don't know the rules of the road apply to scooters - and then just basic respect for other humans.

This old dog learning new tricks. This 50-year-old is about to realize the consequences trying to keep up to the youngins. Next up is Horseshoe's Bike Fest Enduro race .. one more week to prepare. In this context race means survive without injury :[]
