Trump’s change of heart maybe wasn’t a change of heart after all? 🤔🤦‍♂️
One House GOP lawmaker tells me the plan is to bring up the Epstein Files bill on Tuesday under 'suspension of the rules' - that means it would need a two-thirds majority to pass.

Everything about this makes no sense.
"Well... I can't help but wonder how @chappellroan feels about Kieth Urban singing her song at Mar a Lago," @agirlhasnopresident" wrote. "Was that song choice ironic?"
Keith Urban sings Chappell Roan's 'Pink Pony Club' at Mar-a-Lago for Trump
The country singer raised eyebrows for performing a queer anthem at the Trump property.

Was thrilled to see today that our 2026 ACA premium, which was first reported to us as being up 440% from the 2025 premium, is now only going to be up 51%, thanks entirely to the state of New Mexico stepping up with their own assistance. Nice when a gov’t still believes in helping its people. 💙

This is cool.
I knew it would take less than a day for a tiktok dj to make something.

This is pretty good.
Godfrey is at again….now at Union Station in DC doing his Trump impression for the troops 🤣💀

I’ve come to the conclusion that the USA should avoid electing mentally deranged individuals to lead us going forward.

Just found out my ACA insurance premium is quintupling in 2026. Maybe now I can qualify for SNAP?

Believe it or not, we’re well aware of that.
Brooke Rollins: "My message to America is your government is failing you right now ... we have failed you."

If only you could do something about that suffering. 🤔
JD Vance: "The suffering is going to get a lot worse."

No, it’s not up to him. It’s up to US.

"We don't need anything more from Congress..."
Trump: "I said, 'put it all into one bill and if we get it done, we're done for four years.' We don't need anything more from Congress."

When I see a guy at the local watering hole wearing this hat, it takes every ounce of self control I have not to ask him how he’s going to enjoy living without a 2nd Amendment since he’s obviously advocating for the Constitution to be tossed.

No, but he IS calling for shit to be dumped on his fellow Americans.
Q: What does it say that president released a video of him pooping on the American people?

MIKE JOHNSON: You can argue he's probably the most effective person who has ever used social media. He's using satire to make a point. He's not calling for the murder of his political opponents.

I’d like to see New Mexico on this list.
15 US states and territories have formed a new Public Health Alliance, which will counter the absence of federal leadership by tracking outbreaks, issuing guidance, buying vaccines and more.

Members of the new alliance include CA, CO, CT, DE, GU, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, OR, RI, WA.

This is just unreal.
Mike Johnson called us back from July 4 recess on 7/3 so he could gut Americans’ healthcare in the Big Ugly bill. Since then, he has only had the House in session for 19 of the subsequent 104 days. That’s how we ended up here.

Bringing actual history to light is so important and surprisingly hard to do.
Thirty-one years ago, there was a slave auction reenacted at Colonial Williamsburg.

Some thought it powerful, many thought it insulting.

This summer, I traveled to Williamsburg myself to see how the country’s largest living history museum today tells the story of Black life at America’s founding.
What Is Colonial Williamsburg For?
Telling the full story of the town’s past is an easy way to make a lot of people mad.

This is so true.
I remember the marches, and hard won victories. We got complacent. We thought the clocks could not be turned back. We were wrong. Every generation must renew the fight for fundamental rights and freedoms. It’s time for a new generation to pick up the banner. Are you with us?
October 4, 2025 at 11:01 PM
Spot on.
It is undeniable that this moment is being shaped by people who marinated for years in an informational environment where reality was not only demoted but actively disdained. It took a while for that bubble to become impermeable but it did and now we have a chunk of people who know nothing but.

This whole chapter has been so revelatory (and disappointing) about so many people in so many ways. Not America’s finest hour, for sure.
