As Elon turns on Trump, it's important to remember that he is not a knight in shining armor for the left. He is part of the far-right hate machine who is throwing fuel on the fire, just like Trump. There is no redemption arc for this man. He is just as bad as Trump.

A facility holding non-violent refugees in a hostile alligator-filled swamp is something straight out of a silver age comic book. And that facility would not belong to the good guys.

If Kilmar Abrego Garcia WAS involved in gang activities, then the government needs to prove that in a court of law. Releasing "Evidence" to the public doesn't reinforce their case, because the court of public opinion is not a legal body. Due process means everyone accused gets their day in court.

Personally, I think it should be front page news for at least a month if a sitting US President is using falsified evidence to try and deny due process to a man who has committed no crime, but that’s just me
