Comic books have always been treated as a mythology, where certain things are canon while other things get continuously reinvented. James Bond is the same IMO but maybe they don’t grasp that.

For decades, they have been using the "James Bond Will Return" end-card. The obvious solution is to just use a similar opening-card. "Somehow, James Bond Returned."

I think we need a new one. He's just a happy kid who got way too into karate and thinks bats are really neat. No dead parents necessary.

They used some of that Godzilla dust to revive Uncle Ben between reboots, which is ironic because it's a very irresponsible thing to do with something so powerful

To be honest, I'm still not sure why a movie about a crime-fighting furry needs to include a bummer scene about his parents dying over and over again - it just doesn't seem relevant - but at least it proves audiences will accept a revival and retelling of a story.

Why was this news? We just amplified the uninformed griping of a rich prick with shady baggage.
If we want to have a debate on the merits of remote work - fine. Look at the evidence. Not all studies support my outlook on the matter so there's plenty to actually hash out with genuine expertise
