I’m an atheist, so I don’t believe in an afterlife, but the US SC judges who came up with this nonsensical justification for allowing the Trump ban on correct markers in trans people’s passports probably do. If so, they are headed for a very hot place… 🔥 🔥 🔥

Of course, if the facilities are gender-neutral, or separated by gender not sex, or provided in areas that the Supreme Court ruling had no relevance to, like workplace facilities under the 1992 Regulations, no one is ‘flouting’ any law to be inclusive.

Given that persons of any age can have the protected characteristic of gender reassignment, followed my this guidance will leave schools open to legal challenge.
