Absolutely on all counts! I’ve been researching Woody and writing a manuscript about him for 13 years. The end’s finally in sight on the project but I’m pretty sure I gained a guardian for life.

Jack White was wonderful last night. I’m missing tonight’s show, though. A new med has put me in side effect time out. Example: last night I threw up in public for the first time in my 52 years. Thanks to the supportive fella who yelled, “Get it, Girl!” No, sir. I am getting rid of it.

I’m mom to a 21-year-old non-binary human. It’s been five years since they came out and their grandparents are finally adjusting to using they/them. It’s hard, but it’s nothing compared to the fear & threats trans people live with daily. So make the effort.

Friday was my first flower farm trip of the season. Possibly my favorite thing. Done 100 percent because I love it and it feels good.
