Excellent thread. I am sure @mylovanov.bsky.social is right, & there will only be a stable peace with clear borders, a Ukraine able to defend itself, and real security guarantees - which means either NATO membership or a coalition of the willing including one or more Western nuclear powers.
The true shock in this war came from Ukraine itself - its people, defying scripts written in Moscow and Washington

Excellent thread. I am sure @mylovanov.bsky.social is right, & there will only be a stable peace with clear borders, a Ukraine able to defend itself, and real security guarantees - which means either NATO membership or a coalition of the willing including one or more Western nuclear powers.
