NYT had Bhutan on red, though they’re yellow on Reuters list. Local newspaper ‘The Bhutanese’ reported possibly because of pre-departure in-country vetting process (?) but who knows: thebhutanese.bt/bhutan-on-a-...

Yes, he was so furious that the AFD were excluded from the proceedings that he switched his speech to that tirade, and afterwards, went to meet the excluded AFD people outside the meeting. Would not talk to official German delegates. Very clear that MAGA sees AFD as kindred spirits.
