I didn't, but consider it was consenting adults and not an illegal sex act, I think it's understandable. ;)

Paul Allen has been dead for over seven years now, and via his estate he still owns teams teams in multiple, major sports organizations. The average individual estate goes poof/carved up within a year, instead of becoming a self-sustaining legal entity. Billionaires are in some insane territory.

Easiest charitable act for the ultra-rich, stop using all the optional tax cuts and dodges. Imagine if the wealthy just used the standard deductions, paid their fair share, and continued being wealthy while funding the foundational system that aided in enabling their wealth. Weird, huh?

... Delilah S. Dawson's Ravenloft book. Penguin/Random House Worlds picked up the license, both for fiction, table books, and some themed journal offerings, among other things.

Up until recently, their general fiction line was done, save for Salvatore and sometimes Greenwood. That said, within the last couple years, they restarted thanks to the Honor Among Thieves tie-in novels, followed by Jaleigh Johnson's Fallback novels, a Spelljammer one by Django Wexler, and ... 1/2

Yeap. It's selling the life boats to the people left on the sinking ship while taking same said life boats. It's such bullshit that it's even allowed, yet here we are.

I bet, if they wanted, networks could drop their own repeaters in various regions, still key and sell commercials based on those coverage areas, & still transmit local news/ local providers, and not miss a beat without the affiliates. Instead, country club handshake BS keeps it being "required." 2/2

Myself, I think it's like the continued car dealership grift. What was once a needed way to get the infrastructure in place and maintained to do business, it's now a dated, needless thing that just hoses customers and allows for odd, needless price gouging. 1/2

One a "I didn't do it yet, but Viv Vision did it for me" note, it seems I now have a Kang deck thanks to the auto-viv deck I made. lol

Wow. I might have to look at trying it out tonight when I get home.

One of the things that throws me off the most, yet I enjoy the hell out of; major changes to an existing card. :)

Seriously, I play so many chaos decks and random "make a deck" that I love this sort of thing way too much.

The core elements of cyberpunk is there, solid heist film is there, and a damn fine party dynamic too. One of my favs.

Be it Supers stuff or WoD, I have a lot of found memories for MU*s in the 90s.
September 12, 2025 at 7:22 PM
Very much, so. Mostly MU*s, but there were a few solid MOOs for it, too. LambdaMOO was solid for building and conversations, but AngrealMOO (way back when) had a lot of braid twisting. lol

As an addendum, it seems like the whole story was cooked up nonsense by the WSJ anyway. Law Enforcement sources have been talking about what was found, and a lot of the high points are there (older model .30-06) but no engraved ammo. WTH

Right? Also, wrapped in a towel with the spent brass still in the chamber? Not to be conspiracy minded, but that's how you motivate folk to feel conspiracy minded.
