Stick insect on the side of the house! (Body around 150mm long)

Found a couple of these in the garden. Apparently they are Indian stick insects, which are common in southern England

Quite a few this year, including 24 goldfinches and 14 Rooks. Not too bad for 1 hr on Friday morning.

We have had a Song Thrush in the garden over the past few days, maybe due to the colder weather searching for food? (My first post on Bluesky!)
