I don't have any employees besides myself. When I pay contractors I tend to pay $22-$30/hr or pay whatever their set rate is and don't negotiate down.

Sometimes Wikipedia will have the etymology of the names for the towns/cities, but a lot of them came from the Dutch/Lenape/Scots trade language that was mostly not recorded down in writing, so a lot of them are just guess work at this point.

I love trying to figure out wtf some of the place names mean cuz some of them are so removed from the original translation that it's lost to time for the most part
