😂 my first suggestion is much more uplifting than your usual fare. I visited Auschwitz many years ago and I find it really difficult to watch interviews with survivors ever since, just makes me cry. Almost impossible to believe it all happened.

Yes to kids staying in school, but that makes it sound shit. Definite no to the Nazis, I did that annoying thing of just ignoring what you asked for. Sorry. Downfall is excellent, but last time I looked it was rental only. Loads of Nazis in that.

It might not be your thing, and it definitely isn't a war film or Nazi documentary 😂...but I saw that the Holdovers is now on Netflix and it is an almost perfect film. I thought anyway.

I think any slow purposeful breathing can help. If you have had a traumatic event then you need to speak to someone about it, holding trauma in our heads isn't good for us. Your work might be able to help with that, if it's a big organisation.

Try box breathing, helps me sometimes. Breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 4, breathe out for a count of 4, hold for 4. Obviously won't cure your stress, but helps me with physical symptoms of anxiety.

4 car for the delayed 17.32 as well. You can cope when we have won and it isn't raining, not looking forward to the opposite conditions. Have to say that I have been impressed in general with the organisation at Sandhills though.

Ah, I suppose, I didn't see it like that. I think they had to shut as the rates were too high and there wasn't enough money to keep the building in a good state of repair. Do they showcase art at Cedar Farm?

Chapel Gallery used to but it sadly shut down, maybe a year ago now, and nothing since.
