It’s really useful. Especially with fighting “resistance” and “self sabotage” if you are a creative.
I called it my “baby steps” process!
I make music in my free time, so self sabotage and resistance is a serious hindrance - those 5 minutes often turn into 2 hrs. Which is perfectly fine!

Complicated. But you can go to your notifications on your phone and turn off everything possible. Then obviously on an app by app basis, turn off everything you can. Also silence your phone. And set your status to “Do Not Disturb” At all times.
