Minister says she agrees with the aim of a completed Land Register. Fine. Except a commitment was given by her Govt in 2014 to complete the Land Register for all public-owned land by 2019 and private land by 2024. That never happened.

I agree with Don (at least on Parts 2-5 of Bill). We disagree on case 4 land reform. But as he points out, even if u consider it a good thing, you should want law that works, that provides clarity to all who engage with it & which leads to predictable outcomes. www.scottishlegal.com/articles/don...
