Important Qs to ask in implementation:

Who isn't at the table?
What needs to be removed to make room for impact?
Have we planned well?
Do we need to adapt? How?
Are we using too many/the right strategies?
How do we know it's working?
Are we honest?
What about next year? 5 years from now?

You implement something but it doesn't work. Is it effectiveness or is it implementation? Or maybe both?

We know that effectiveness doesn't guarantee uptake. We also know that the quality of implementation matters.

I often introduce #ImpSci with core concepts of implementation, to give a bird's-eye view.

Your implementation involves a process, is influenced by various contextual factors, relies on tailored strategies, and targets specific outcomes.
