This is basically what I’ve been saying to anyone who will listen (which is not many people lol). Assuming we still have elections after this we’ll end up with someone just like him but who actually knows what they’re doing politically
Trump will not be the last trump. The voting booth cannot be the only line of defense against this fascism. The end is already here if the US is this susceptible to collapse as a democratic state each & every election. This is the single most pressing & largely ignored lesson from his 1st term.
