Best if decanted into smaller containers you refill as necessary so humidity doesn't spoil it. It's a lot, which is one reason why I parcel it up for others. But it's the only way to get the proper stuff that turns your chips bright yellow

I'm laughing because you've just stumbled upon the great Chicken Salt conspiracy - all the small containers of it you can buy at a supermarket are all wrong! This is the stuff I (and actual fish & chip shops) use. Fair warning, it comes in a literal bucket.
