I really just wanted to brag about my comfortable pants.

On top of that, a job that values and respects me has been amazing.

But most importantly: Soft Pants Only and cat naps at lunch.

The advantages of WFH while having chronic pain + the depression that comes from is amazing. For years I used up PTO at an alarming rate, never got "real" time off because I needed it for "bad days". The flexibility of being able to schedule my day as needed means less sick days and more actual PTO
