HI I'm alive!! I know I've been inactive lately, but in my defense: PUPPY. His name is Banjo. I adopted him in August and he's fantastic. Some fun facts about him: he can pretty much fly and he loves to snuggle all the way under the covers.
Meet Banjo! He's (probably) a Jack Russell/rat terrier mix, white with black cow spots on his body and black with a white muzzle and forehead stripe on his face. Here he's sitting on a fluffy gray dog bed, looking attentive, ears perked open. Banjo lying in bed among cozy blankets, chin resting on his side as he gazes back up at the camera, displaying his "resting" ears as floppy triangles. Banjo is curled up for a nap, showing off the bright pink toe beans on his hind feet. Banjo sits on a Snorlax bean bag chair, ears back as he takes a big bitey yawn.

Pasha, but he's a Light Fury from How to Train Your Dragon (and he's named Pashnip in this AU... because whimsy). Post-skip Claude rides in the saddle, pointing ahead with a confident grin. Pashnip is flying into the bright blue sky and above puffy clouds with a euphoric, gummy smile on his face, his tongue hanging out.

My favorite part of this project was coming up with names, which includes adapting existing wyvern names to feel more #HTTYD -y. Genarog was easy to pun into Genarogue. Scramble, the little dragon, is based on the kitten Cormag rescues in his Natasha supports.

Haar takes a well-earned break on a rolling hillside using his Gronckle (Mawsage) as a hammock of sorts; his feet are propped up on the macelike end of Mawsage's tail, and he's using the dragon's cheek as a pillow. Mawsage is fast asleep, but his wing is slightly extended to provide Haar some shade. Haar has one hand behind his head and scratches Mawsage's belly with the other.

A while back I started doing a series of #FireEmblem wyvern riders but with #HTTYD dragons as their mounts. Never finished it, and I think a lot of that energy just got rerouted to #PashaSaga, but I may yet return. Here's Minerva with her Zippleback, Cloak and Dagger, formerly shared with Michalis.
Minerva (based on her Shadow Dragon/Warriors design) rides atop a Hideous Zippleback, Hauteclere in hand and a fortress behind her. The Zippleback is moss-green with maroon spines and spots down its back. One head (Cloak) is upright and bold-looking; the other (Dagger) stays low to the ground and gazing to the side, seemingly troubled. Its horn is broken.

Lilina and Roy (married and in their mid-20s) sit at a conference table, implicitly among delegates from throughout Elibe. Lilina's hair is braided and falls to one side, her trademark red hairpiece replaced with a simple gold tiara. She's wearing black armor and a red cape over one shoulder, reminiscent of Hector's outfit in FE7. Roy wears a forest-green cloak, a teal shirt with the sleeves cuffed at the middle of his forearms, and a brown doublet. He's attempted to slick back his hair, but it's refusing to cooperate, springing back to a style we're more familiar with. At this moment, we're witnessing the aftermath of Lilina whispering a joke to her husband as he was taking a sip of his tea. Roy is doubled over with laughter, sputtering into one hand, tears in his eyes, tea dripping down his fingers and spilled all over the front of his doublet and the notes spread before him on the table. Just an absolute mess. Lilina, meanwhile, is keeping it together, her lips pressed in such a way that indicates she's literally biting her tongue. She looks away from Roy, avoiding eye contact, but appears to be patting him on the back to help evacuate whatever tea has entered his lungs. Her notes, mercifully dry, are full of doodles and marginalia; Roy's are mostly ruined now but we can see an ill-fated spreadsheet among them.

Flayn: "I suppose it is something to do with how small and lumpy they are. / And just the right array of colors to boot! / In short, the form of a baby wyvern irresistibly calls to mind that of a potato." [that last speech bubble is also shaped like a potato.] [Panel 4:] Seteth looks back, visibly confused. Beauregard is now clambering over his shoulder in a bid for the tassels on his cape. Flayn, looking much more self-assured now, cuddles Latona in the foreground, breaking the bounds of the panel somewhat. Seteth: "Then... should they not be 'potatoes'? / I'm... afraid I don't quite understand...." Flayn: "I would scarcely expect you to."

Eliwood and Ninian in a more elaborate interpretation of the infamous "disguises" circa FE7's Bern arc, strolling through a village like the one in Linus's "Four-Fanged Offense." Eliwood has taken on the disguise of a bard, complete with floppy feathered cap. His clothes are in appropriately humble earth tones, with green and teal accents reminiscent of his epilogue outfit. Ninian's disguise is similar to her usual form-fitting dress, but likewise in shades of brown and mineral orange. She's still wearing her headpiece, but her hair is tied into a simple braid hanging over her shoulder. At present, Eliwood is belting out a song, hand over his chest, eyes shut, arm-in-arm with Ninian, who buries her face in her other hand, blushing furiously with a shy smile.
