Work doesn't work for most people. It's part of an unjust system of corporate control: we're dependent on jobs as our only source of income, giving employers all the leverage. We need UBI, unions for all, and a raise in the minimum wage. We need Rise Up Economics.

With #UBI, we can work to thrive, not just survive
One of the many benefits of universal basic income is better job matching. If you don't have to take the first job in order to not go hungry and homeless, you can find the right job and you'll be more productive in that job because it's done out of choice and you can leave at anytime.
Currently, only 39% of employees feel strongly that someone cares about them.
