This is a good concept to wrap your head and heart around. Good, valuable fear that is based on reality and helps you protect yourself vs. anxiety and worry about all thigh might-happens and maybes that only end up paralyzing us.

One thing I have learned over the last few weeks is how many formal departments and hard working feds were quietly protecting me from getting ripped off, diseased, environmentally poisoned, or otherwise trashed by forces that would happily do it if it made them a few cents richer.
