It is administered via IV in the hand, causes swelling in the brain requiring regular MRIs, and one of the main side effects is tiredness.

Somebody took him seriously.

He doesn't have a compassionate bone in his body. He is quick to blame others and enflame his base before the normal feelings a human being would feel. My first thoughts were not of who did it, but the pain the families must feel at this time of year. They didn't have to be there.
