either deleting/restoring from backup and setting up as new, or visiting the genius bar who will see how incontrovertible and simple this could have been resolved. I want to restore my relationship. We all screw up. Some good can come out of them. Doesn't look like Tim's on here. Bah Humbug

I have been an Apple fanboy for 4 decades. I'm now a CTO. The story was worth Apple hearing in a very public way since they could resolve in 5 minutes. Maybe Tim Cook should call me himself! Years ago when I still used Windows Bill would do that. The gist boils down to 3 lost days and now facing...
