Good to see turtle doves showing well at EWT Fingrinhoe today. At least 3 singing birds. Then on to Abberton to twitch the distant pectoral sandpiper. @swallowbirding.bsky.social also seen. 😁 #essexbirding #ukbirds #birds

Excellent visit to Devil's dyke today Very hot at 10am. Butterflies always in the move. Over 70 chalk hill blues seen, plus 4 Dk green fritillary, various whites, peacocks, gatekeeper, meadow brown, small copper. @chrisdipperboyd.bsky.social @epollard.bsky.social @bc-cambs-essex.bsky.social
