As a public sector organisation, you have a public sector equality duty of the equality act 2010. What equality impact assessment have you done when removing stops from the service?

I kept moving the goal posts. Didn’t think I’d reach 16 then 18 then 21 then 30 then 40. 46 now and I’ve not prepared (financially) to be this old. I’m just thankful that I have a stable(ish) career now
