Who is the heroic figure currently in the Senate caucus that you propose to replace Schumer with?
Presumably, the entire Senate caucus was complicit in the caving scheme and all 47 of them should be replaced. "No" voters should have spoken out as the plot was happening and thus are as guilty.

Yes, he should go as he become deeply unpopular figure, but replacing him is not going to solve the fundamental problems, which are largely tied to Democrats being in the minority. There is no walking on water messiah currently in the caucus who will be able to do that.
