One thing I sometimes tell students is: when it comes to academic bureaucracy, there's often no layer beyond the surface. There's some initial form to fill in, but after that decisions are made by one harried and underpaid professional service staff member desperately trying to empty their inbox.

It's not lost on me that the part of the White House we are destroying is the part that has to do with women's history in the White House.
Misread this as being about private military contractors. Which actually made sense in its own interesting way.
Recognize that the PMC are the revolutionary class and begin planning accordingly.
what do we do with a labor situation where arguably the most class conscious and unionized sector are people that had to attend multiple years of post-HS education to do their jobs, but are nonetheless wage laborers?
