Putting aside data issues. This feels like a good use of the Notebook LM technology. It uses generative AI to auditorise (is this a word?) our data. I wonder how much is generic 🤔
But is it a podcast? Is a podcast now a recorded conversation? A media file? Answers on a postcard

A great night for our student station this week. The team picked up 6 awards, split between 4 amazing graduates of our BA and MA courses. Please give them all jobs, apart from the one who has a radio job and had to miss the ceremony!

Im still sceptical that all of the drive to video podcasts are from the audience. This article suggests a lot is about Spotify trying to draw eyeballs away from YouTube. Video pods ARE popular but what’s the driving force? That’s the big question imo

Tip for radio producers: if you're not making full use of iPhone wide spectrum audio - why not!?
It's the best way to hear background atmosphere if a guest is on location, without the need for fancy kit. (example below)

There’s definitely been an increase in people coming here, but I’m not leaving the other place just yet. The way it’s being weaponised is alarming and we have to be conscious of that. I’m hoping this place will be as good for connecting & learning as the one used to be
