Elect a clown dictator wannabe, expect authoritarian circus. Taking over our institutions of higher learning is a fundamental assault on democracy, removes foundational pillars, collapses freedom. So the Boeing decision-makers kill planeloads of ppl, but no one is held criminally liable. Meanwhile, our prisons are filled w ppl serving draconian sentences for vastly less harm. This is not how the rule of law shld work.

I want to say again: Mike Bloomberg should be utterly ashamed of himself. This man publicly wept over "Ground Zero Mosque" bigotry, to his credit, after joining the ugly bigotry directed at Debbie Almontaser. Now, he *again* sides with bigots: shame, shame, shame on him, a respected elder.

Cheney got whole power structure to go along w him bc of bipartisan & virulent anti-Arab/Muslim bigotry that remains toxic. It’s fitting that on day he departs, NYC has chance to deal this bigotry a powerful blow, through multi-faith coalition backing a Muslim in city of 9/11 itself, of all things.🙏🏾

What a glorious day for a marathon in the city that never sleeps. Finish line at 9 o’clock in pic. I love marathon Sunday, the camaraderie & outpouring of goodwill, NYC’s best & what brings everyone together. Good luck to all the runners & much fun to all the spectators!
