I still remember seeing the quilt when it first came to STL. So many unknowns and too much hate back then, and our little church was silent when it was revealed a member had recently died and they had a square.

I actually did think that they would plow the streets within an hour of the snow falling since it was predicted. Hahahahahhahahahhahahaahhahahahahhahahahaah. Especially on the highways. Hahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahah. #stlwx or do something.

So, MoDOT decided not to pretreat the roads today. Apparently they were the only ones in the entire state of Missouri that didn’t know snow was coming. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe that department.

I make a carnitas roast for a lot of events/holidays/gatherings and everyone freaks out about it. Mind you it’s just a roast from Aldi. But everyone asks me my secret and I’m like I buy it and put it in the crockpot. 🤣 🤷🏽♀️ They think I’m a wizard. 🧙
