In my experience split keyboards only work well if they are fully split, where the keyboard is two parts connected by a lengthy wire such as a.co/d/fgGYny0

I also love midjourney to visualize characters and environments for inspiration or to make sure I don’t forget someone’s eye color lol

I use Storyteller OS template to organize my world building, the notion ai to answer questions like “what was sally born?” Or “how many elementals are there?” Without sorting through the database

I love ChatGPT for figuring out things like “this story is set in a fictional Maine town on the coast. It should be big enough to support a robust tourist season but too small for most name brand stores. About what population would be realistic?”
