The new Home Health company we started for mom is sending a physical therapist out tomorrow. We're also starting the process of getting her signed up for Medicaid!! Dementia sucks big time!!

I went to Urgent care for my knee and after looking around at it, the doctor said I likely pulled a muscle or ligament. Just rest and alternating between Tylenol and Motrin. Time will tell I guess!

I don't know what I did to my knee but I can barely put weight on it! Got it propped up right now!
