I wanna go back in time to 2016 and tell a large gathering that "THE PERSON WHO SUCKED OFF BILL CLINTON WILL BE PRESIDENT " then leave. Later when the election results are called pop back up when everyone is like "But. the time traveler said" and be all like "I DIDNT STUTTER" and then poof again.

On by default, no way to disable them, no moderation tools.
