SCOTUS said that he is only immune from prosecution from things THEY deem Official Acts once it is brought before them. He can be prosecuted, and then he has to fight it at SCOTUS, and then they decide where their loyalties lie. Big ask, but also, a big difference from outright assumed immunity.

That's my take too, but it would have to be internal, not the world. Nobody is coming to save us, I guess is the point. We would have to do it ourselves when the time comes.

it would be nice, but don't forget that that happened after Germany got its ass beat by half the world and the victors held the trials. There's nobody out there to do that to force trials anymore.
