Ych y fi what a day, looking forward to watching my mate and neighbour the fabulous Mike Bubbins in the return of Mamouth tonight. If you haven't seen it, its definitely worth a watch very funny and nostalgic. I can confirm those are all his own clothes because he wears them to the Black Lion pub.

Homemade protein pancakes and an hour in the gym on a Sunday morning. Who the hell is this person? She is an absolute mug I know that much and should have had a lie in. Calorie counting and the gym has made me fitter than I have been in years but no doubt utterly tedious as a result.

Its a great night to be a Celt! A very happy Welsh wife on the way back from a 7-1 win (it is freezing) to an elated Scottish husband at home. Let's hope we can join them in the World Cup. #ymaohyd

Enjoying a peaceful night of listening to the Cure whilst the other half reads his signed Garth Ennis 40k novel and I read my signed (still laugh when I read the message he wrote - I told him King Mob was hot) copy of Morisson's Supergods - a couple of geeky bookworms escaping reality on a Sunday.

Re-reading a gem. My fave is part is fearful symmetry, how DC went dark in the 80s under Frank Miller and Alan Moore and how thrillingly edgy the era was with the Grant Morrison at the wheel we go from Dark Knight Returns to Watchmen its one hell of a ride. If you love comics you need to read this.

Its probably the celtic mid walian blood in me but I never seem to look better than after a winter walk all windswept and flushed of cheek - im keeping this one its cute 😊
