Does anyone remember Anderson Cooper going after the FL Attorney General, after the Pulse massacre here in Orlando 8 years ago, for showing up and acting like an "ally" after arguing in court that same-sex marriage would "impose significant harm"? That was Pam Bondi.

It seems to me that Trump and the conservatives are trying a Gish gallop strategy of throwing so many bad policies and garbage nominees out there that it overwhelms any opposition. Any robust press should be highlighting this, no matter how many there are, rather than normalizing or ignoring it.
