I had to talk about my extremely psychologically abusive ex last Friday at therapy and I thought I was fine until that night when I started losing my grasp on.. reality, I guess.
And so I've been unable to sleep, laughing unusually loudly and uncontrollably, and crying for any (or even no) reason!!
