In terms of game mechanics, Dark beats Ghost and Zoroark has better base stats. But the Pokedex says that Cofagrigus literally just does this sometimes if you get too close to it. So I'd say Zoroark would probably win in a straight fight, but it doesn't have to be a straight fight, does it? :3
