This so-called "Big Beautiful Bill" is vile, irredeemable and immoral. It takes from the neediest to enrich the least deserving. It's an emarrassment. History will not be kind to anyone who supports this bill.

Stop saying "Trump" did this or that; instead, attribute actions to "Republicans." This will make it harder for locally elected officials to defend behavior to constituents.

When I was 12, I silenced a bully by literally punching him in the face. I was afraid, but I did it anyway. Gave me a very wide berth from then on.

Judging from the turnout in downtown Portland, LOTS of people are pissed. It's no wonder; one guy is trying to undo what has taken the rest of us almost 250 years to build.

This whole discussion about whether this is classified or not is beside the point. As a combat veteran, would I respect Hegseth's judgment? Absolutely not. He's demonstrated to me that he's not someone I'd follow.

What are your thoughts on the Democrat Party adopting Blue Sky as one of their main channels of communication? It keeps Elon from being able to manipulate viewership and removes hate bots from posting BS from trigger words found in the corners of the internet.

2) Elected officials rewrite the rules in the donors' favor.

I am such a believer in this. Down-ballot is the way.
It’s also how we build a sustainable future of good leaders and infrastructure to elect and support them, as well as the movements they represent.
We don’t just need strong candidates. We need strong organizers, managers, CoS, grassroots, etc.

I’ve been organizing in rural areas since the first Trump administration. Rural Dems can make the difference in races at the top of the ticket.
Republicans have all of the electorate they’re ever going to have. Organize to turn out 5% to 10% more Dems in rural spaces. Watch what happens…
