I feel like a lot of people aren't seeing how Zeztz broadcasting issues may come down to Toei trying to get Shout to pony up more cash for Kamen Rider, since Toei has, up until now, done no marketing for subbed Rider on their own, and expected a boutique bluray seller to somehow be good at it.
