I made football cupcakes for the Superbowl.

Realized an hour before my class Tues. that I had more than 200 pages of reading left, not 10.

Sat there chanting,

"You read fanfiction. You can do this. This is a light novel before bed. Who read 600k words in 1 day? You! This is NOTHING."

I finished with time to make tea and browse socials.

In our families and churches, we will fail one another.

How we perceive those failures will shape us as individuals, but also deeply affects how we understand God.

Are we willing to explore the failures we experience as a means of learning to love one another more deeply?

Amazing article exploring the person of Anna and her role in welcoming the King of Kings.

Anna had inherited and personal losses. "Despite all her losses, Anna never lost her faith."

This is a message many of us need in this season.
