Tragedies, sorrows, and evil continue in our world. Yet, I look for hope. This once dead-looking bulb leans into the sun, its hopeful yearning soon to be rewarded with beautiful flower.
My hope leans into the Son, that we might all be rewarded with celebrations, joys, and triumph of good over evil.

In Kentucky, the presidential candidates have lost their appeal they once had among mining communities. Meanwhile, the most recent governor's race, 2023, had the Democrat winning by 5%. This is what that blue/red map looked like:
