Only 2 weeks to go until many of us will be in Cambridge talking about old games and the machines that ran them. For me I'll be spending most the weekend talking about one of the earliest beginnings of computer games, and you thought mainframes where all about business.

Mostly I get to post about retro computers, but last weekend I got to call for the Saturday night ceilidh at IVFDF, and I had a fantastic night. My Saturday nights are just not normal that good. Thanks to Mellrose, and all those who took part.

I personally love the look of the A3020, of all the wedge designes I think they nailed it, and it has red function keys, like a proper BBC, its just missing the branding.

The physical econet test network is now built, with a clock box from BBC Master, with 2 connection boxes linked with a cat5 cable. With the USB econet interface connected for testing. Just need to bring a BBC down to plug into it.
