I'd like to switch my wife's family business that I do IT support for from M365 email to Proton, but that can't happen until this does - they won't use it with new messages at the bottom, they want it to work like they're used to.

People have been asking for an option to have the newest email in a thread/conversation at the top instead of the bottom for a decade+, is that even on the roadmap?

Turned out it was interference with something in the PC - I don't really understand, found someone saying a USB HDD was killing their connection somehow - I got a 6ft extension cable to get it far from my PC and haven't had a single disconnect since then. I disabled Wi-Fi and BT so not that. Crazy.

If you don't mind telling me if you have the original Wireless Adapter for Windows (big one) or the newer Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 (smaller one) I'd appreciate it! Though it's happening with both so 🤔

Yeah I've tried different ports, the extension cable (1.5m away), gamepad is fully charged in cradle every night. May I ask if you are using the Elite 2? I'm kind of wondering if maybe it could be the gamepad and not the adapter, though it seems a pretty common problem based on searches. ☹️
