So excited to see it!

It's definitely possible that they have each of these 4 armies as separate paths similarly to Three Houses, but I really feel like we'd have seen an Avatar who would make that choice by now if that were the case. Either way, I am definitely hoping for something more akin to Radiant Dawn or Echoes.

I'm not saying this is definitely the case, it just seems to me that this game would want to portray different perspectives of the Heroic Games as well as these 4 central characters (who are also all featured in the trailer thumbnails).

And that was interesting enough but later when we see Leda, playable, we actually see Cai and his friend as green units off to this side. And so that immediately had me excited. Because if Cai isn't always playable, that means he's not an avatar, just one of a squad of four playable characters

So first off, there's a scene where we see Cai and this unnamed girl as playable. Dietrich is additionally off to the side, notably as a green unit. So here he's an unplayable ally for this chapter.

So I initially thought maybe this shot was like a character select at the beginning and that these two were the avatar for Fortune's Weave, but the girl on the left shows up sparingly through the trailer to the point I didn't notice her at first
